男性超重及肥胖人群血清OC水平与睾酮、糖脂代谢的关系

The relationship between serum OC level and testosterone and glycolipid metabolismin overweight and obese men

目的探讨男性超重及肥胖人群血清骨钙素(OC)水平与睾酮、糖脂代谢的关系。方法选取于我院干部病房住院的115例男性为研究对象,根据患者体质指数(BMI)将其分为对照组(40例)、超重组(40例)和肥胖组(35例),比较三组各检测指标,分析OC与各检测指标的相关性。结果OC及睾酮在对照组、超重组及肥胖组内呈递减趋势(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,在超重组及肥胖组中OC与BMI、WC、FBG、2 h PG、HOMA-IR及TG呈负相关,与睾酮呈正相关(P<0.05);多元回归分析显示,在超重组及肥胖组中WC、2 h PG、HOMA-IR、TG及睾酮为OC的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论OC可能与睾酮、血糖及TG密切相关,参与人体生殖调节及能量代谢过程。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum osteocalcin(OC)level and testosterone and glycolipid metabolism in overweight and obese men.Methods A total of 115 male in the cadre ward of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to body mass index(BMI),they were divided into control group(40 cases),overweight group(40 cases)and obesity group(35 cases).The indexes among the three groups were compared,and correlation between OC and indexes were analyzed.Results OC and testosterone showed a decreasing trend in the control group,the overweight group and the obesity group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that OC was negatively correlated with BMI,WC,FBG,2 h PG,HOMA-IR and TG,and positively correlated with testosterone in the overweight and obesity groups(P<0.05).The multiple regression analysis showed that WC,2 h PG,HOMA-IR,TG and testosterone were independent correlated factors of OC in the overweight and obesity groups(P<0.05).Conclusion OC may be closely related to testosterone,blood glucose and TG,and participate in human reproductive regulation and energy metabolism.
