温针灸对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者生活能力的影响

Influence of needle warming moxibustion on living ability of patients with apoplectic sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的探讨温针灸治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的效果及对患者生活能力的影响。方法选择本院收治的76例气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者为研究对象,按照随机方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。两组均给予补阳还五汤。对照组给予电针治疗,观察组给予温针灸治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Barthel指数与Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对气虚血瘀型中风后遗症患者,在应用补阳还五汤的基础上联合温针灸治疗,可改善患者日常生活能力,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of needle warming moxibustion on apoplectic sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and its influence on living ability of patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with apoplectic sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were given Buyang Huanwu decoction.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with needle warming moxibustion.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Barthel index and Berg balance scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the apoplectic sequelae of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with needle warming moxibustion can improve the daily living ability and treatment effect of patients.
