无缝隙护理管理在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果

Application effect of seamless nursing management in patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨无缝隙护理管理在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2015年5月至2019年1月收治的70例缺血性脑卒中患者按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用无缝隙护理管理,比较两组的心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组的HAMA及HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理可有效缓解缺血性脑卒中患者焦虑及抑郁等不良情绪,促进疾病转归,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing management in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Seventy patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with seamless nursing management.The psychological status and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with ischemic stroke,promote the outcome of the disease,which is worthy of promotion.
