精细化管理在手术室患者中的应用效果

Application effect of refined management in patients in operating room

目的探讨精细化管理在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法将本院的84例手术室患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合精细化管理。比较两组患者的护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的噎食、坠床、压疮、跌倒及烫伤发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于手术室患者中能提高护理满意度,并降低不良事件发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in patients in operating room.Methods Eighty-four patients in the operating room of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given refined management on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of choking,falling bed,pressure sores,falls and scald in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined management in patients in operating room can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worth popularizing.
