Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention based on early assessment and grading management in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,50 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke received and treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into reference group(25 cases)and rehabilitation nursing intervention group(25 cases)by random number method. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the rehabilitation nursing intervention group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention based on early assessment and grading management. The scores of Gugging swallowing function assessment scale(GUS),swallowing disorder life quality scale(SWAL-QOL)and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After one month of intervention, the scores of GUS and SWAL-QOL in the two groups increased significantly, and those of the rehabilitation nursing intervention group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the rehabilitation nursing intervention group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention based on early assessment and grading management has significant effect in patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke,it can be promoted and applied.
