健康教育与早期个性化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局的影响

Effect of health education and early individualized nursing intervention onpregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨健康教育与早期个性化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法将142例GDM孕妇随机分为对照组和研究组,各71例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予健康教育与早期个性化护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后7 d,两组的FPG、2 h PG水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SDS、SAS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的妊高征、巨大儿、羊水过多、早产、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育与早期个性化护理干预不仅能有效控制GDM孕妇的血糖水平,而且能明显缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of health education and early individualized nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 142 pregnant women with GDM were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 71 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given health education and early individualized nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of nursing,the levels of FPG and 2 h PG in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,macrosomia,excessive amniotic fluid,premature delivery,neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoglycemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and early individualized nursing intervention can not only effectively control the blood glucose level of GDM pregnant women,but also significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression,improve the outcome of pregnancy.
