结核病专科护士规范留痰知信行现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the current situation of knowledge, belief and behavior of standardized sputum retention in tuberculosis specialty nurses

目的了解西安市胸科医院结核病专科护士规范留痰的知信行现状并分析知信行总分的影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法选取2018年12至2019年2月西安市胸科医院275名护理人员为调查对象,采用自行设计的“结核病专科护理人员规范留痰知信行调查问卷量表”对其进行问卷调查,分析结核病专科护士规范留痰知信行影响因素。结果本研究回收有效问卷270份,有效回收率为98.18%。270名护士知信行总分为(137.45±8.38)分,其中留痰知识评分为(17.63±3.23)分,留痰态度评分为(77.74±5.06)分,留痰行为评分为(42.09±4.80)分。年龄、学历、责任护士为结核专科护士规范留痰的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论结核病专科护士规范留痰的知信行水平有待提高,年龄和学历会影响结核病专科护士规范留痰知信行情况,且责任护士的规范留痰知信行情况较好。

Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge,belief and behavior in tuberculosis specialty nurses in standardized sputum retention in Xi'an chest hospital and to analyze the influencing factors of the total score of knowledge,belief and behavior.Methods A total of 275 nurses in Xi'an chest hospital from December 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the survey objects.A questionnaire survey was carried out by using the self-designed"questionnaire of knowledge,belief and behavior of standardized sputum retention in tuberculosis specialty nurses",and to analyze the influencing factors of tuberculosis specialty nurses'knowledge,belief and behavior of standardized sputum retention.Results In this study,270 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.18%.The total score of knowledge,belief and behavior of 270 nurses was(137.45±8.38),including(17.63±3.23)for knowledge of sputum retention,(77.74±5.06)for attitude of sputum retention,and(42.09±4.80)for behavior of sputum retention.Age,education background and responsible nurses were the independent influencing factors of standardized sputum retention for tuberculosis specialty nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge,belief and behavior of standardized sputum retention in tuberculosis specialist nurses need to be improved.Age and education background have an impact on the knowledge,belief and behavior of sputum retention in tuberculosis specialist nurses,and the knowledge,belief and behavior of responsible nurses are better.
