手机APP对糖尿病前期人群危险因素远程随访干预的效果

Effect of mobile APP on remote follow-up intervention of risk factors inpre-diabetes population

目的探讨手机APP对糖尿病前期人群危险因素远程随访干预的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月门诊及住院查体患者80例,按随机对照组原则将其分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组实施面对面常规门诊访视,研究组在访视后实施手机APP远程随访干预。比较两组干预前、后FPG、2 h PBG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL水平,统计两组用药依从性。结果干预后,研究组FPG、2 h PBG水平和HbAlc均低于参照组,且TC、TG、LDL水平优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组依从性为87.50%,高于参照组的57.50%(P<0.05)。结论手机APP对糖尿病前期人群危险因素远程随访干预的作用显著,可推广。

Objective To explore the effect of mobile APP on remote follow-up intervention of risk factors in pre-diabetes population.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,80 outpatients and inpatients with physical examination in our hospital were selected.According to the principle of randomized control group,the patients were divided into reference group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received face-to-face routine outpatient visit,and the study group received mobile APP remote follow-up intervention after the visit.The levels of FPG,2 h PBG,HbAlc,TC,TG and LDL before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of FPG,2 h PBG,HbAlc in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of TC,TG,LDL were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The compliance of the study group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 57.50%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile APP has a significant effect on remote follow-up intervention of risk factors in pre-diabetes population,which can be popularized.
