磷酸铝凝胶治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer

目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组采用奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗。比较两组治疗前、后生活质量、临床症状评分、不良反应发生情况及Hp清除情况。结果治疗前,两组的躯体功能、情感功能、社会功能、生理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的躯体功能、情感功能、社会功能、生理功能评分均升高,且研究组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的腹胀、腹痛、反酸嗳气评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的腹胀、腹痛、反酸嗳气评分均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在治疗后的不良反应总发生率为6.00%,对照组患者在治疗后的不良反应总发生率为4.00%;两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的Hp清除率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸铝凝胶治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的效果显著,可以有效改善患者疾病症状,提高Hp清除率及临床治疗效果,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer treated from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)by random drawing method.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the study group was treated with omeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel.The quality of life,clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,adverse reactions and Hp clearance were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of physical function,emotional function,social function and physiological function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of physical function,emotional function,social function and physiological function of the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and belching between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and belching of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was 6.00%of patients in the study group and 4.00%in the control group;there was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The Hp clearance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aluminum phosphate gel has a significant effect in treating Hp positive gastric ulcer,which can effectively improve the disease symptoms of patients,Hp clearance rate and clinical treatment effect,and has important clinical application value.
