Influence of maternal anxiety during pregnancy on the early formation of children's character

目的探讨母亲孕期焦虑情绪对儿童性格早期形成的影响。方法应用整群随机抽样法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的180例健康儿童,根据母亲孕期有无焦虑情绪及焦虑程度分为无焦虑组、中轻度焦虑组及重度焦虑组,各60例。比较三组儿童的气质维度评分和气质类型分布情况。结果无焦虑组儿童气质维度评分最低,其次是中轻度焦虑组,最高为重度焦虑组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度焦虑组儿童中麻烦型、发动缓慢型比例明显高于无焦虑组,中轻度焦虑组儿童中麻烦型比例明显高于无焦虑组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母亲孕期焦虑情绪对儿童性格的早期形成有重要影响,故孕妇应注意调节情绪,保持心情舒畅,促使儿童性格向正性方向发展。

Objective To explore the influence of maternal anxiety during pregnancy on the early formation of children's character.Methods A total of 180 healthy children admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected by cluster random sampling method.According to whether the mother had anxiety during pregnancy and the degree of anxiety,the children were divided into no anxiety group,moderate and mild anxiety group and severe anxiety group,with 60 cases in each group.The temperament dimension scores and temperament type distribution of the three groups were compared.Results The children's temperament dimension score in the no anxiety group was the lowest,followed by the moderate and mild anxiety group,and the highest was the severe anxiety group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of trouble type and slow start type in the severe anxiety group were significantly higher than those in the no anxiety group,and the rate of trouble type in the moderate and mild anxiety group was significantly higher than that in the no anxiety group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal anxiety during pregnancy has an important influence on the early formation of children's character,so pregnant women should pay attention to regulating the mood,keep the mood comfortable,and so as to promote children's character to develop in a positive direction.
