摘要
目的探究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及对患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的284例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,各142例。对照组采用单一雾化吸入布地奈德的方式进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用孟鲁司特。比较两组患儿肺功能指标改善情况、免疫球蛋白及炎性因子水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组FEV1、FVC水平及PEF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IL-4、IL-8、IgE及CPR水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入与孟鲁司特联合治疗小儿哮喘,效果甚佳,可显著改善患儿的肺功能指标,降低呼吸道炎性状态,增强免疫力,值得在儿科临床中应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast combined with budesonide atomization inhalation on asthma in children and its influence on pulmonary function of children.Methods A total of 284 cases of asthmatic children admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 142 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single budesonide atomization inhalation,and the study group used montelukast on the basis of the control group.The improvement of pulmonary function indexes,levels of immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-8,IgE and CPR in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide atomization inhalation and montelukast in the treatment of asthma in children has a very good effect,it can significantly improve the pulmonary function indexes of children,reduce respiratory tract inflammator state,and enhance the immunity,which is worthy of application and promotion in pediatric clinical.
