新乡市2450例住院儿童呼吸道感染常见病毒病原分析

Analysis on common virus pathogens in 2450 hospitalized children with respiratory tract infection in Xinxiang city

目的分析新乡市2450例住院儿童呼吸道感染病毒病原学及流行病学特征。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对因呼吸道感染住院的患儿进行8种常见呼吸道病毒检测,并分析流行病学特征。结果2450例患儿中,有1272例至少检出一种病毒,阳性率为51.2%;8种病毒中,Ⅳ-B检出率最高,检出率最低的为RSV和ADV;男患儿病毒感染阳性率低于女患儿(P<0.05)。四季病毒总检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四季RSV、Ⅳ-A、Ⅳ-B、CV-A和ECHO的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四季单一病毒感染和混合病毒感染的检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅳ-A、Ⅳ-B和ECHO在新乡市儿童呼吸道感染中占重要比例,混合病毒感染率高于单一病毒感染,且病毒感染的季节性比较明显。

Objective To analyze the etiological and epidemiological characteristics of virus of respiratory tract infection in 2450 hospitalized children in Xinxiang city.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect eight common respiratory viruses in hospitalized children for respiratory tract infection,and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics.Results Of the 2450 cases,at least one virus was detected in 1272 cases,with a positive rate of 51.2%;among the 8 kinds of viruses,the detection rate ofⅣ-B was the highest,RSV and ADV were the lowest;the positive rate of virus infection in male children was lower than that in female children(P<0.05).The total detection rate of virus in four seasons was significantly different(P<0.05);the positive rates of RSV,Ⅳ-A,Ⅳ-B,CV-A and ECHO in four seasons were significantly differents(P<0.05);there was a significant difference between single virus infection and mixed virus infection in four seasons(P<0.05).Conclusion Ⅳ-A,Ⅳ-B and ECHO account for an important proportion in respiratory tract infection of children in Xinxiang city.The infection rate of mixed virus is higher than that of single virus,and the seasonality of virus infection is obvious.
