口腔种植中应用微创环切术的治疗效果及美容作用

Therapeutic effect and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive circumcision indental implants

目的探讨口腔种植中应用微创环切术的治疗效果及美容作用。方法将于本院行口腔种植的90例患者按电脑数学表法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组45例。对照组实施常规翻瓣种植,试验组通过微创环切术展开种植。比较两组的种植效果、并发症发生情况及术后1 d、3个月的美学效果。结果试验组的种植成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后1 d VAS评分低于对照组,肿胀持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的ISQ、PI、PES评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植中应用微创环切术可提升口腔种植成功率,减轻患者术后疼痛、肿胀,并减少并发症,进而提升种植及美学效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive circumcision in dental implants.Methods Ninety patients who underwent dental implantation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the computer digital table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional flap implantation,and the experimental group underwent minimally invasive circumcision to perform implantation.The implantation effects,complications and aesthetic effects of 1 day and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of implantation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the experimental group at 1 d after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of swelling was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the ISQ,PI,and PES scores of the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision application in dental implants can improve the success rate of dental implants,reduce postoperative pain,swelling and complications,thereby improving implant and aesthetic effects.
