鼻窦冲洗对慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜术后的影响

Effect of sinus irrigation on patients with chronic sinusitis afterendoscopic sinus surgery

目的分析鼻窦冲洗对慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜术后的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月我科收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。两组均行鼻内窥镜手术治疗,对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用高渗海盐水冲洗。比较两组的临床疗效、鼻黏膜纤毛传输功能、术腔清洁时间及术腔上皮化时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率均显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术腔清洁时间及术腔上皮化时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦冲洗能显著改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗有效率及鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率,缩短术腔清洁及术腔上皮化时间,能够促进患者病情的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of sinus irrigation on patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted in our department from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery,the control group was given routine treatment after surgery,the observation group was flushed with hypertonic sea salt water on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,transport function of nasal mucosa cilia,cleaning time and epithelization time of the operating cavity between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the nasal mucosal cilia transport rate between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the nasal mucosal cilia transport rate in the two groups increased significantly,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning time and epithelization time of the operating cavity in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sinus irrigation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the effective rate of treatment and the nasal mucosal transport rate,shorten the time of cleaning and epithelization of the operating cavity,and it can promote the recovery of patients'condition,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
