针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的观察针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月收治的120例处于带状疱疹急性期的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为针刺组和西药组,各60例。针刺组给予针刺夹脊穴配合疱疹局部刺络拔罐,1次/d。西药组给予常规西药口服:盐酸伐昔洛韦胶囊0.3 g/次,2次/d,维生素B1片10 mg/次,3次/d,甲钴胺胶囊10 mg/次,3次/d,吲哚美辛片25 mg/次,3次/d。比较两组的临床症状评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组的疼痛、瘙痒、烧灼感评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的疼痛、瘙痒、烧灼感评分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,针刺组的疼痛、瘙痒、烧灼感评分低于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针刺组的愈显率显著高于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐是治疗带状疱疹的有效方法,疗效显著优于常规西药治疗,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 120 patients in the acute phase of herpes zoster enrolled from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into acupuncture group and western medicine group,with 60 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was given acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with pricking and cupping on herpes zoster,1 time/d.The western medicine group was given conventional western medicine orally:valacyclovir hydrochloride capsule 0.3 g/time,2 times/d,vitamin B1 tablet 10 mg/time,3 times/d,methylcobalamin capsule 10 mg/time,3 times/d,indomethacin tablets 25 mg/time,3 times/d.The clinical symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of pain,itchings and burning sensation between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of pain,itchings and burning sensation in the two groups decreased,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the pain,itching and burning sensation scores in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The markeding effective rate in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with pricking and cupping is an effective method in the treatment of herpes zoster,it is significantly better than conventional western medicine treatment,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
