压疮护理单联合手术室体位护理对早期预防手术室高危患者压疮发生的作用

Role of pressure sore nursing sheet combined with operating room postural careon early prevention of pressure sore in high-risk patients in operating room

目的分析压疮护理单联合手术室体位护理对早期预防手术室高危患者压疮发生的作用。方法抽选我院手术室2017年12月至2018年12月接收的124例高危患者,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,各62例。对照组行常规体位护理,研究组在此基础上给予压疮护理单+手术室体位护理。比较两组压疮发生情况、压疮面积、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果研究组的压疮总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组压疮面积明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的QOL各项评分均明显高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为98.39%,高于对照组的85.48%(P<0.05)。结论压疮护理单+手术室体位护理可有效降低压疮发生风险,预防压疮发生,并可显著减小压疮面积,提高患者的生活质量及满意度。

Objective To analyze the role of pressure sore nursing sheet combined with operating room postural care on early prevention of pressure sore in high-risk patients in operating room.Methods A total of 124 high-risk patients received in the operating room of our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postural care,and the study group was given pressure sore nursing sheet+operating room postural care on this basis.The incidence and area of pressure sore,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of pressure sore in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).the area of pressure sore in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,QOL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and those of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.39%,which was higher than 85.48%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure sore nursing sheet+operating room postural care can effectively reduce the risk of pressure sore,prevent pressure sore,significantly reduce the pressure sore area,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
