心理护理干预在老年高血压患者运动康复训练中的应用效果

Effect of psychological nursing intervention in the exercise rehabilitation training of elderly patients with hypertension

目的探讨心理护理干预在老年高血压患者运动康复训练中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年7月至2018年12月收治的1375例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分将其为对照组(680例,运动训练指导)和观察组(695例,运动训练指导+心理护理)。比较两组干预前、后的心理状态、血压及心率;比较两组的依从性。结果干预后,两组的SAS及SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压、心率均得到改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能有效提高老年高血压患者运动康复训练的依从性,缓解不良情绪,有助于血压控制,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the exercise rehabilitation training of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 1375 elderly patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(680 cases,exercise training guidance)and observation group(695 cases,exercise training guidance+psychological nursing)according to the random number table method.The psychological state,blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups before and after intervention were compared;the compliance of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the two groups reduced significantly,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of exercise rehabilitation training for elderly patients with hypertension,alleviate adverse emotions,and control blood pressure.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
