优化护理流程对甲状腺手术患者疾病知识知晓度、自我护理能力的影响

Influences of optimizing nursing process on awareness of disease knowledge and self-care ability of patients undergoing thyroid surgery

目的分析甲状腺手术患者围术期护理中优化护理流程对患者疾病知识知晓度、自我护理能力的影响。方法将2017年8月至2019年8月本院收治的130例甲状腺手术患者随机分为对照组(65例)和试验组(65例)。对照组给予传统护理,试验组给予优化护理流程。比较两组护理效果。结果试验组疾病知识知晓度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理7 d后,试验组自我护理能力各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优化护理流程可显著提高甲状腺手术患者疾病知识知晓度,提高自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,减少治疗费用。

Objective To analyze the influences of optimizing nursing process on the awareness of disease knowledge and self-care ability of patients in perioperative nursing of thyroid surgery.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,130 patients undergoing thyroid surgery admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and experimental group(65 cases).The control group was given traditional nursing,and the experimental group was given optimizing nursing process.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness of disease knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the scores of self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing nursing process can significantly improve the awareness of disease knowledge,improve self-care ability,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospital stay,and reduce the cost of treatment in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.
