基于PDCA循环的信息化管理在减少给药错误事件中的应用与体会

Application and experience of information management based on PDCA cycle in reducing drug delivery error events

目的运用PDCA循环及信息化管理手段,正确识别患者身份,减少给药错误不良事件,确保用药安全。方法收集分析我院在2016年1月至2017年6月共上报的给药错误事件154起。2017年7月起借助护理信息化管理平台,按照PDCA步骤进行质量改进,按季度收集数据,实时分析。结果2017年7月至2018年12月共上报给药错误事件56起(含隐患事件32起)。PDCA管理后给药错误事件上报数量明显少于管理前(χ^2=59.0311,P<0.05),患者用药安全得到加强。结论推广护理信息化建设,优化给药流程,可以减少护理不良事件发生,促进护理质量管理。

Objective To correctly identify the patients by using PDCA cycle and information management means,so as to reduce the adverse events of drug administration errors and ensure the safety of drug use.Methods A total of 154 drug administration errors events reported by our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were collected and analyzed.Since July 2017,with the help of nursing information management platform,the quality improvement was carried out according to PDCA steps,and the data were collected quarterly and analyzed in real time.Results From July 2017 to December 2018,56 wrong drug administration events(including 32 hidden danger events)were reported.After PDCA management,the number of reported drug administration errors events was significantly less than that before PDCA management(χ^2=59.0311,P<0.05),and the medication safety of patients was enhanced.Conclusion Popularizing nursing information construction and optimizing drug delivery process can reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and promote nursing quality management.
