学校卫生管理工作中传染性疾病的预防与控制价值

Value of prevention and control of infectious diseases in school health management

目的探讨传染病预防与控制对于学校卫生管理的价值。方法本疾病预防控制中心纳入单位负责的某小学2017年1月至2018年12月连续两年突发卫生事件数据及卫生工作调查资料作为研究资料,2017年1月至2017年12月该校进行常规学生卫生管理工作,包括健康宣传、季节性消毒防疫等。2018年1月至2018年12月针对该校过往存在突发卫生事件情况进行分析,全面开展传染病预防与控制工作。分析传染病预防与控制在学校卫生管理中的实施作用。结果实施传染病预防与控制后,学校突发卫生事件及涉及病例数大幅减少;管理后该校卫生管理工作各项评分相比管理前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后该校学生对传染病预防知识知晓率相比管理前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学校卫生管理工作中针对传染性疾病预防与控制措施有助于减少或避免发生突发卫生事件,充分提高学校对传染病的控制与管理质量,具有实践应用与推广价值。

Objective To explore the value of prevention and control of infectious diseases in school health management.Methods The center for disease control and prevention included a primary school responsible for the unit from January 2017 to December 2018 for two consecutive years of health emergencies data and health work survey data as research data.From January 2017 to December 2017,the school carried out routine student and health management,including health promotion,seasonal disinfection and epidemic prevention.From January 2018 to December 2018,an analysis of the past health emergencies in the school was conducted to comprehensively carry out prevention and control of infectious diseases.The effect of infectious disease prevention and control in school health management was analyzed.Results After implementation of the infectious disease prevention and control,the number of health emergencies in the school and the number of cases involved decreased significantly;after management,the scores of the school's health management work were significantly higher than those before management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after management,the students'awareness rates of infectious disease prevention knowledge were significantly higher than those before management;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control measures for infectious diseases in school health management work can help reduce or avoid health emergencies,and fully improve the quality of school control and management of infectious diseases,which has practical application and promotion value.
