长碳纤/长玻纤混杂增强聚丙烯复合材料的性能研究

摘要 碳纤维(CF)增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料以其轻质高强的特点被国内外学者广泛研究应用。本文以两种长纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料为原料,制备了一系列长碳纤/长玻纤混杂增强聚丙烯复合材料。其中,混杂纤维的总质量分数固定为30%。对所制备的混杂复合材料的力学性能及冲击断面的微观形貌进行了表征。力学性能测试表明,混杂复合材料的性能随碳纤维质量分数的降低而降低,但均明显优于纯PP。 Carbon fiber(CF)reinforced polypropylene(PP)composites have been widely studied and applied by scholars,because of their light weight and high strength characteristics.A series of long carbon fiber/long glass fiber hybrid reinforced polypropylene composites were prepared from two kinds of long fiber reinforced polypropylene composites.Among the composites,the mass ratio of hybrid fiber was fixed at 30%.The mechanical properties of the hybrid composites and the microstructure of the impact section were characterized.The mechanical properties test showed that the properties of hybrid composites decreased with the decrease of carbon fiber mass ratio,but still obviously better than pure PP.
