摘要
基于胶质层指数为炼焦煤黏结成焦性中的重要参数以及炼焦煤分类的重要指标之一,因而胶质层指数检测技术的发展与应用在配煤炼焦过程中发挥了重要作用,可有效指导配煤、煤炭资源的高效利用以及稳定焦炭质量。对有关人工测量、半自动测量、全自动测量胶质层指数的原理及相应的设备进行总结归纳,阐述了设备智能化的发展历程,同时对各方法进行比较并讨论各自的优势及存在的问题,找出影响测量胶质层指数的因素及其应对措施。采用全自动检测可代替传统法检测,其检测过程规范以及所得的胶质层指数检测结果具有可信度。胶质层指数与焦炭质量的关系还有待进一步深入研究,胶质体性质的更深层次探究对于配煤炼焦具有重要的意义,即针对胶质体的调控将会成为优化配煤的新途径并可有效控制焦炭质量。
Based on the fact that plastic layer index is the important parameter for coke forming,and it is also one of the important indexes for coking coal classification,the development and application of plastic layer index detection technology plays an important role in coal blending for coking,it can effectively guide coal blending and coal resources high efficiency utilization,it can also stabilize coke quality.This paper summarizes the principles of plastic layer index measurements(including manual measurement,semi-automatic measurement,full-automatic measurement),corresponding equipment was studied as well.The developing process of equipment intelligentization was demonstrated,meanwhile,each method was compared with others,the advantages and problems were discussed.Influencing factors on plastic layer index were found out,some measurements were proposed.The full-automatic detection can replace the traditional method,the process is standard and the obtained results of the plastic layer index are reliable.The relationship between the plastic layer index and coke quality remains to be further studied,further exploration of properties of plastic layer is of great significance for coal blending and coking,so regulating and controlling the plastic layer will be a new way to optimize coal blending and control coke quality.
