摘要
对贵州省普安县开泰煤矿煤中硫的分布特征及其洗选脱硫技术进行分析研究,以探寻其动力配煤的有效降硫措施。根据地质勘探资料和煤芯煤样的分析结果,结合研究区位置和含煤地层的地质概况、可采煤层的硫分质量分级及形态硫分析对贵州省普安县开泰煤矿煤中硫分的垂向和平面分布规律进行研究。结果表明:开泰矿区17号煤层为中硫煤,18和19号煤层均为中高硫煤,23和26号煤层均为高硫煤;其硫分布均具有一定的规律性,且矿区各主要可采煤层硫分所展现的规律性各不相同,说明矿区硫分分布特征与成煤环境有关。对煤炭进行洗选脱硫及对动力配煤采取降硫措施可提高高硫煤的利用价值。
In order to explore the effective measures of sulfur reduction in power coal blending,the distribution characteristics of sulfur in coal of Kaitai coal mine,P u’a n County,Guizhou province were analyzed,as well as the washing and desulfuration technology.According to the geological exploration data and analysis results of coal core samples,combined with aspects such as study area location,geological survey of coal bearing strata,sulfur quality classification of minable coal seams,and form sulfur analysis,the vertical and horizontal distribution of sulfur in the coal of Kaitai coal mine,P u’a n county,Guizhou province were studied.The results show that No.17 coal seam is medium sulfur coal,No.18 and No.19 coal seams are medium high sulfur coal,No.23 and No.26 coal seams are high sulfur coal;the sulfur distribution has certain regularity,the regularity of sulfur in each main minable coal seam is different,which shows that the distribution characteristics of sulfur in the mining area are related to coal forming environment.The utilization value of high sulfur coal can be improved by washing and desulfurizing,as well as some measurements for reducing sulfur for power coal blending.
