创新创业背景下高职商务英语专业学生职业能力培养研究

Research on Students'Occupational Competence Development of Business English Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

培养学生职业能力是高职教育的目的。随着“大众创业、万众创新”的浪潮在全国掀起,将创新创业教育融入高职商务英语专业学生职业能力培养尤为重要。在创新创业背景下,概述了高职商务英语专业职业能力的内涵,分析了将创新创业教育融入高职商务英语专业学生职业能力培养的意义,并提出从人才培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍、校内外实践教学、职业生涯规划和教学评价六个方面提升高职商务英语专业学生的职业能力。

The aim of higher vocational education is to develop students'occupational competence.In the wave of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"in our country,it is essential to integrate the education of innovation and entrepreneurship and the cultivation of students'occupational competence of Business English majors in higher vocational colleges.The paper overviews the connotation of occupational competence of Business English majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the significance of integration the education of innovation and entrepreneurship and the cultivation of students'occupational competence of Business English majors in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward six suggestions including talents education program,course system,teaching faculty,inside-and-outside campus practice training,career planning and teaching assessment.
