摘要
地方工科院校毕业生在就业能力方面存在观念定位偏差、就业期望过高、择业能力较弱、职业适应期过长、创新能力不足等方面的问题。需要通过校企合作提升地方工科院校毕业生的职业规划能力、职业适应能力、专业技术能力以及创新创业能力。并逐步建立协同育人机制、就业指导与服务体系、创新创业实践体系,帮助地方工科院校学生提升就业能力。
Local engineering college graduates have problems in terms of employability,such as biased orientation,high employment expectations,weak job selection,long career adjustment period,and insufficient innovation ability.It is necessary to improve the career planning ability,professional adaptability,professional technical ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of local engineering college graduates through school-enterprise cooperation,and gradually establish a collaborative education mechanism,employment guidance and service system,innovation and entrepreneurship practice system to help students in local engineering colleges improve their employability.
