高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的措施分析——以常州信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 现阶段,高等职业教育迎来了良好的发展契机,其招生规模逐年扩大,在校学生的人数也与日俱增。政府在推进职业教育过程中,将师资力量的提高放在重要的位置,并为此制定了更严格的标准。通过对常州信息职业技术学院在“双师型”教师队伍建设中取得的成绩、存在的问题进行了深入和系统的分析,提出了针对性的对策。 At present,higher vocational education has ushered in a good opportunity for development.Its enrollment scale has been expanding year by year,and the number of students in school has also increased day by day.In the course of comprehensively promoting the development of vocational education,the government has also paid great attention to the construction of teachers and formulated stricter standards.The paper analyses the achievements and problems of Changzhou College of Information Technology in"dual-qualified"teaching staff in depth and systematically,and puts forward practical countermeasures.
