前庭功能训练治疗晕车病的临床疗效及对血清类固醇激素水平影响的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨前庭功能训练对晕车病的临床疗效及血清类固醇激素水平变化。方法将80例晕车病患者随机分成试验组(前庭功能训练组)和对照组(口服盐酸苯环壬酯片治疗组),每组各40例,分别在首次模拟晕车试验前、后及首次模拟晕车试验后第2周、6周及14周再次行模拟晕车试验,通过有效率、Graybiel晕车病评分和血清肾素、血管紧张素、皮质醇、ACTH水平评估前庭功能训练对晕车病的疗效。结果治疗后试验组3个时间点Gray biel晕车病评分、皮质醇和ACTH水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而有效率、肾素和血管紧张素水平为试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前庭功能训练对晕车病有明显的防治效果,可减轻晕车病敏感者患病程度,提高机体对不良刺激耐受性,且疗效优于传统口服盐酸苯环壬酯片治疗;血清类固醇激素变化可提高机体对晕车刺激的耐受程度。 Objective To report clinical outcomes of vestibular function training for motion sickness and associated changes of serum steroid hormone level.Method Eighty patients with motion sickness were randomly divided into a vestibular function training(experiment)group and an oral phencyclidine hydrochloride tablet treatment(control)group(40 in each group).Efficacy of vestibular function training on motion sickness was assessed by effectiveness rate,Graybiel motion sickness scores,and serum renin,angiotensin,cortisol and ACTH levels,before and after simulated motion sickness test,which was repeated at weeks 2,6 and 14.Result Graybiel motion sickness scores at 3 post-treatment time points were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),with higher effectiveness rates and renin and angiotensin levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Vestibular function training has preventive and therapeutic effects on motion sickness,and can reduce patients’sensitivity to motion sickness while improving tolerance to adverse stimuli,leading to better outcomes than treatment with phencyclidine hydrochloride.The change of serum steroid hormone may improve tolerance to motion stimulation.
