纳米粒子给药系统在内耳靶向给药的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 由增龄老化、耳毒性药物或过度噪音暴露等引起的听力损失(Hearing loss,HL),已成为世界范围内最普遍的感觉障碍性疾病。噪声及耳毒性药物引起的听力损失问题越来越严重,但目前尚无有效的治疗策略,只能通过预防保护减少听力损害。随着纳米材料的发展,纳米粒子给药系统成为临床给药研究的热点,并有望成为临床治疗听力损失的一种有效方案。内耳特殊的解剖生理特征决定了不同给药方式及效果。本文主要对纳米粒子给药系统及内耳不同给药方式进行了综述,并对纳米粒子给药系统靶向性治疗噪声性听力损失和耳毒性听力损失的最新研究进展进行综述,纳米粒子给药系统为内耳疾病的治疗带来了潜在的希望。 Hearing loss(HL)caused by ageing,ototoxic drugs or excessive noise exposure has become the most common sensory disorder disease worldwide.Noise and ototoxic drugs-induced hearing loss is increasingly concerning,with no effective treatment strategy at present,and can be only reduced through preventive protection.With the development of nanomaterials,nanoparticle drugs delivery systems have become a hot spot of clinical drug delivery research,and are expected to become an effective solution to clinical treatment of hearing loss.The unique anatomical and physiological characteristics of the inner ear determine the different modes of drug administration and effects.In this paper,the nanoparticle drugs delivery system and the different ways of drug delivery into the inner ea,and the latest research progress on targeted treatment of noise-induced and ototoxic hearing loss by nanoparticle drug delivery systems are reviewed.Nanoparticle drugs delivery systems have brought hopes for the treatment of inner ear diseases.
