摘要
七孔探针是一种可以有效测量气流特性的装置,在空气动力流场的测试实验中应用广泛,有着非常大的使用价值。七孔探针的角度测量范围可以高达±70°,它可以快速准确测量得到流场实验数据,能够大幅降低测量难度,从而为航天航空领域中各种复杂非定常流场的测量提供有效手段。本文针对用于大攻角条件下非定常复杂流场的七孔探针进行实验校准,校准过程分为低攻角和高攻角两部分。实验结果表明针对本文所使用的探针,在大部分气流角情况下校准误差保持在2%以内,在小部分边界处校准误差会达到5%;总压校准精度和动压校准误差基本都保持在2%左右。
The seven-hole probe is a device that can effectively measure the detail flow field,thus it is widely used in the aerodynamic experiments.The seven-hole probe can measure angles up to±70°,therefore it could provide effective measurement methods for a variety of large-angle,complex flow fields in the aerodynamic field.In this paper,the seven-hole probe is experimentally calibrated for unsteady complex flow field under high angle of attack.The calibration process is divided into low incidence angle and high incidence angle.The final experimental results show that the most part of probe's airflow angle calibration error is about 2%,while the small part of calibration error is about 5%,and the pressure calibration error is kept within 2%.
