摘要
基于某型民机过渡段与VBV放气活门,建立元件级VBV试验件与整机VBV放气之间的换算方法,表明放气量与内涵流量、活门开度、内外涵静压比有关。采用扇形试验段,开展数值模拟,完成放气性能试验,并测量过渡段出口流场。结果表明,当外开式放气活门打开放气时,过渡段内壁面存在低速流即低压区,而外壁面低压区减小。试验验证了VBV放气性能,建立外开式VBV放气量曲线,为整机性能试验与VBV设计提供了试验依据。
Based on the CFD and a component-level VBV(variable bleeding valve)experiment,the conversion method between the component-level VBV test and the civil-aircraft engine VBV bleeding principle is established.The experiment results show that the bleeding mass is related to main-flow mass,valve degree and pressure ratio.When the bleeding valve opens,the separation near hub intensifies while the flow near shroud improved.The VBV performance is verified and VBV bleeding line is founded to support the engine experiment.
