绝经后女性宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变诊治特点及手术方式探讨 被引量：15

摘要 绝经后女性生殖道萎缩对宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)的诊治增加了难度,其宫颈病变检出需遵循筛查-阴道镜评估-组织学确诊(三阶梯)原则,但应重视宫颈管诊刮的应用,避免漏诊。如无法行宫颈锥切术,宫颈切除术可作为替代选择,宫腔镜下宫颈锥切术和经腹宫颈锥切术仍在探索中,全子宫切除是最后的选择。本文重点综述绝经后女性HSIL患者的诊治特点,探讨手术方法的选择以指导临床治疗。
