我国体育共享经济的现状、问题及发展路径研究

Present Situation,Problems and Developing Countermeasures of Sporting Shared Economy in China

“共享经济”已经成为互联网时代经济技术革命新的代名词。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据分析法对我国体育共享经济的基本含义和发展态势进行探究。研究认为:目前我国体育共享经济存在整体发展迟缓,消费结构不合理;投融资活跃,投资结构失衡;平台结构缺失,且监管乏力等问题;主要影响因素包括边界问题、法律困境、市场管制、市场垄断等因素;破解路径包括厘清体育共享经济的边界,制定相关的行业标准;完善体育共享经济的相关法律,转变监管思路;鼓励体育共享企业参与跨界共享,拓宽共享路径;扩大体育共享企业的融资,引导消费走向;强化体育企业的共享能力,打造共享企业品牌等。

The“shared economy”has become synonymous of the economic and technological revolution in the internet age,and sports shared economy will become the inevitable trend of sports industry development.Literature study,expert interview and data analysis were adopted to explore the basic meaning and development trend of China s sports sharing economy.It was shown that at present,the sports sharing economy in China was faced with slow development,unreasonable consumption structure,unbalanced investment structure,no platform structure,and weak supervision.Potential influencing factors included border issues,legal difficulties,market controls,and market monopolies.It was necessary to clarify the boundaries of sports sharing economy,and formulate relevant industry standards,improve relative laws and change the ideas of supervision.Sports sharing enterprises should be encouraged to participate in cross-border sharing and broaden the way for sharing,expand financing for sports sharing enterprises and guide consumption.
