澳大利亚体育本科专业课程认证体系研究与启示

Course Accreditation System of Undergraduate Sports Majors in Australia

课程认证是高等教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分。采用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,从认证机构、认证标准和认证过程3个方面对澳大利亚体育专业课程认证体系展开分析。研究发现,澳大利亚体育运动科学协会和国家大学课程认证中心是体育本科专业课程认证的主体机构,澳大利亚体育本科专业课程认证体系强调了结构框架的国家统一性、认证内容的协调整合性、指标体系的实践操作性、认证过程的严谨规范性和认证方式的循环发展性等特点。鉴于澳大利亚体育本科专业课程认证理论和实践的丰富经验,针对我国体育学类本科专业核心课程质量保障实践,提出了组建体育专业核心课程认证机构、构建以专业素养为基础的核心课程标准、突出基础科学知识的重要地位、促进课程认证与职业认证的衔接等具体建议。

Course accreditation is an important part of quality guarantee system of higher education.Adopting literature study and expert interview,this paper analyzed the course accreditation system of undergraduate sports majors from certification body,standards and procedures.The result showed that ESSA and NUCAP were the main certificate authority.This kind of accreditation was characterized of national unity of the framework,coordination and integration of the content,the operational index system,normative certification process and recycling certification.Regarding rich theoretical and practical experience of Australia universities,combining with the quality assurance of the core course of undergraduate sports majors in China,the paper established certification body for the core curriculum of the sports major,core curriculum standards based on professional literacy,highlighting the importance of basic scientific knowledge and promoting the convergence of curriculum certification and professional certification.
