高寒矿井复杂难采矿体采矿方法研究与选择 被引量:1

摘要 某铜矿具有高寒矿井、开采技术条件复杂等特点,其矿体中厚难采且品位不高,目前采用传统的浅孔留矿嗣后充填采矿方法已经不再适应其生产要求。本文进行采矿方法的专项研究,根据矿体开采技术条件,选择分段空场嗣后充填和点柱式上向水平分层充填两种采矿方法并进行技术经济综合比较,推荐采用沿走向的分段空场嗣后充填法。根据生产实际确定的采场结构参数,通过Mathews稳定图法进行采场稳定性分析,反演结构尺寸和采矿方法选择的合理性。经研究表明,该采矿方案为实现矿山“安全、高效、经济、环保”的开采提供了借鉴意义,具有很好的实用性和推广性。 There are many problems such as cold,high altitude and complex conditions etc in the copper mining,it is necessary to carry out special research on mining method selection because the traditional mining method of shallow hole retention and backfill is no longer suitable for its production requirements.Therefore,sublevel open stope backfilling and point-pillar upward horizontal slicing backfilling are selected for comprehensive technical and economic comparison,and the sublevel open stope backfilling is recommended.According to the stope structure parameters determined by production practice,the stope stability is analyzed by Mathews stability diagram method,and the rationality of structure size and mining method selection is inverted.The research shows that the mining scheme has good practicability and popularization for realizing the safe,efficient,economic and environmental protection mining of the mine.
