摘要
为了提高厚煤层大断面巷道掘进速率,分析了影响巷道掘进速率的因素。提出采用综掘机施工和多工序交叉平行作业提高掘进速率,根据围岩完整性不同,设计了3种施工工艺。采用锚网索和注浆加固的措施对巷道围岩进行支护,通过监测围岩变形量验证支护效果,根据监测结果可知,支护取得了良好的效果。
In order to improve the driving speed of large section roadway in thick coal seam,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the rate of tunnel excavation,it is proposed to adopt the comprehensive excavator construction and multi process cross parallel operation to improve the excavation rate.According to the integrity of surrounding rock,three construction technologies are designed.The surrounding rock of the tunnel is supported by the measures of anchor mesh cable and grouting,verify the support effect by monitoring the deformation of surrounding rock,according to the monitoring results,the support has achieved good results.
