本文以某矿为研究背景,基于海因里希法则分析违章操作的诱因,并对违章操作的非理性原因进行分析了,提出了相应的安全管理措施,为矿井的安全生产提供了理论支撑。

This paper takes a mine as the research background,analyzing the inducement of illegal operation based on heinrich law,the irrational reasons of illegal operation are analyzed,the corresponding safety management measures are put forward,it provides theoretical support for the safety production of the mine.
