基于联接层的螺栓联接复合梁振动特性建模

摘要 为了提高螺栓联接复合结构振动分析的效率,提出用联接层模型模拟螺栓结合部进而求解复合结构振动特性的方法。首先,描述该联接层模型的建模理念,即在考虑螺栓联接力学影响的基础上用被联接件的一部分作为联接层来模拟螺栓结合部的力学行为。接着,确定影响螺栓联接复合结构振动特性的联接层模型参数,包括密度、厚度(层数)和弹性参数等,并提出利用类比法及模型修正技术来确定这些待定参数的方法。最后,以螺栓联接TC500碳纤维/树脂梁为对象进行实例研究。结果显示,该联接层模型可以再现复合梁结构的振动特性,经过模型修正后,通过仿真计算获得的前6阶固有频率与实测值的最大偏差为4.22%,从而证明了所提建模方法的合理性。 In order to improve the efficiency of vibration analysis of bolted composite structures,a method of simulating bolt joints to solve the vibration characteristics of the composite structures was presented.Firstly,the modeling concept of the joint layer model was described,that is,the mechanical behavior of the bolt joint was simulated by using a part of the joint as the joint layer on the basis of considering the mechanical influence of the bolt joint.Then,the parameters of the joint layer model,including density,thickness(number of layers)and elastic parameters,which affect the vibration characteristics of the bolted composite structure,were determined.And the methods for determining these parameters by using the analogy method and model updating technique were proposed.Finally,a case study of bolted TC500 carbon fiber/resin beam was carried out.The analysis results show that the joint layer model can reproduce the vibration characteristics of the bolted composite beam structure.After the model updating,the maximum deviation between theoretical and experimental values of the first six natural frequencies is 4.22%,which proves the rationality of the proposed modeling method.
