Research on Commissioning Management of New Energy General Contracting Projects

新能源成为我国电力的发展方向,站内设备调试及涉外设备调试是重要的一个环节,通过高压试验、保护调试、回路的传动,来保证受电前设备及施工的质量。结合已开展的新能源总承包项目,基于新能源电站并网拓扑结构,针对调试范围进行划分,讨论了如何运用项目管理手段实现对调试环节的"质量、成本、进度"三要素管理,来有效提升调试管理质量。

New energy has become the development direction of electric power in China.The station equipment debugging and the foreign-related equipment debugging are the most important links.The quality of equipment and construction before electricity was ensured through the high-pressure test,the protection debugging and the loop transmission.Combining with the new energy general contracting project carried out by our hospital,based on the grid connection topological structure of the new energy power station and aiming at the debugging range division,this paper discussed how to use project management means to realize the "quality,cost and schedule" management to effectively promote the quality of debugging management.
