中医护理对改善带状疱疹症状、疼痛及患者满意度的作用

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Improving Herpes Zoster Symptoms,Pain and Patient Satisfaction

目的观察中医护理对改善带状疱疹症状、疼痛及患者满意度的作用。方法从2017年12月—2019年05月期间就诊的带状疱疹患者中选取120例为观察对象,经随机数表法将患者对照组与观察组,每组例数均为60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理。比较2组患者症状、疼痛以及患者满意度的改善。结果观察组止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间以及疱疹愈合时间分别为(6.78±1.12)d、(14.23±1.12)d、(6.87±1.11)d及(10.76±1.80)d,明显低于对照组对应的(10.32±1.76)d、(10.32±1.23)d、(8.23±1.34)d及(14.23±1.78)d,组间差异具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。经3个月干预后,观察组疼痛程度评分为(1.56±0.70)分低于对照组的(3.23±1.50)分(P<0.05);且观察组满意度为100%,明显高于对照组的90.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论经中医护理明显缓解患者疼痛,改善临床症状,同时提升患者对临床工作满意程度。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving the symptoms,pain and patient satisfaction of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 120 patients with herpes zoster from December 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The number of cases in each group was 60.The control group received routine care,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The improvement in symptoms,pain,and patient satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Result The analgesic time,blistering time,crusting time and herpes healing time in the observation group were(6.78±1.12)d,(14.23±1.11)d,and(10.76±1.80)d,respectively,which were significantly lower than that of the control group.The corresponding groups were(10.32±1.76)d,(10.32±1.23)d,(8.23±1.34)d and(14.23±1.78)d,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the pain score of the observation group was(1.56±0.70),which was lower than that of the control group(3.23±1.50)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.90.00%,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing significantly relieves pain,improves clinical symptoms,and improves patient satisfaction with clinical work.
