增液八珍汤治疗老年性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zengye Bazhen Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Constipation

目的观察增液八珍汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组口服增液八珍汤治疗,对照组口服麻仁软胶囊治疗。疗程为4周,观察疗效。随访半年,观察复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率72.50%。2组总有效率具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增液八珍汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效优于麻仁软胶囊。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zengye Bazhen decoction in the treatment of senile constipation.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the lottery method.The treatment group was treated with Zengye Bazhen decoction.The control group was given Maren soft capsule.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinic curative effect was observed.Patients were followed up for six months to observe the recurrence.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87.50%and 72.50%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Zengye Bazhen decoction on senile constipation is better than that of Maren soft capsule.
