百会穴放血治疗失眠引起的抑郁症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Baihui(DU20)Bloodletting Therapy in the Treatment of Depression Caused by Insomnia

目的对比百会穴放血治疗失眠引起的抑郁症与口服艾司唑仑片治疗失眠引起的抑郁症的临床疗效的对比差异。方法本实验分为针刺组和西药组2组,每组30例。西药组口服艾司唑仑片,睡前30 min口服,每次2 mg;针刺组每周百会穴放血1次,一个月共4次。4周后,观察2组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale SDS)的相关参数,并评价2组的临床疗效。结果针刺组总有效率96.67%,优于西药组80.00%;2组HAMD量表比较有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SDS量表比较有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺组治疗失眠引起的抑郁症的疗效优于单纯西药组。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Baihui(DU20)bloodletting therapy and oral estazolam tablets in the treatment of depression caused by insomnia.Methods 60 participants were divided evenly into the acupuncture group and the western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given 2mg of estazolam tablets 30 minutes before night sleep every day for a month,while each participant of the acupuncture group received Baihui(DU20)bloodletting therapy once a week for 4 weeks.A month later,the clinical effects of the treatments was evaluated based on the observations of the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 96.67%,which was better than 80.00% of the western medicine group.There was a difference between the two groups in the HAMD scale,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were differences in SDS scales,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of the acupuncture group was better than that of the western medicine group in treating depression caused by insomnia.
