穴位按摩联合呼吸功能锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Respiratory Function Exercise in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨穴位按摩与呼吸功能锻炼联合干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月—2019年2月我院收治的COPD稳定期患者90例,根据盲抽法将其分为2组,各45例。对照组采用呼吸功能锻炼干预,观察组在对照组基础上,采用穴位按摩疗法干预,干预6个月后,比较2组中医症候积分、肺功能情况。结果干预后,与对照组比较,观察组中医症候积分低,FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予COPD稳定期患者穴位按摩和呼吸功能锻炼联合干预,可使临床症状减轻,肺功能得到改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with respiratory function exercise on patients with(COPD)in stable stage.Methods From August 2017 to February 2019,90 patients with stable COPD were divided into two groups according to blind sampling.The control group was treated with respiratory function exercise,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage therapy on the basis of the control group.After 6 months of intervention,the TCM syndrome score and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower and FVC,FEV was lower.1,FEV 1≤FVC was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of acupoint massage and respiratory function exercise in patients with stable COPD can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the pulmonary function.
