黄连膏外敷联合艾条灸熏烤护理对压疮患者压疮愈合情况的影响

Effect of External Application of Huanglian Ointment Combined with Moxibustion Smoking Nursing on the Healing of Pressure Ulcer in Patients with Pressure Sore

目的探讨黄连膏外敷联合艾条灸熏烤护理对压疮患者压疮愈合情况的影响。方法按照随机对照的原则将2016年3月—2018年1月于我院治疗的40例压疮患者分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组患者使用常规治疗及护理,在此基础上,给予观察组黄连膏每日涂抹伤患处,并每日对其进行10~15 min的艾灸熏烤。对比分析2组患者压疮面大小、创面情况、24 h渗量情况、周边皮肤改善情况及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的压疮大小、创面情况及周边皮肤改善情况与对照组相比均较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预前的生活质量评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的生理机能、心理机能、社会机能、健康教育评分与对照组相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对压疮患者使用黄连膏外敷联合艾条灸熏烤护理可以有效改善患者压疮大小、创面情况以及周边皮肤情况,同时还可以提高患者的生活质量,临床效果显著,值得广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Huanglian ointment combined with moxibustion on the healing of pressure ulcer in patients with pressure ulcer.Methods According to the principle of randomized control,40 patients with pressure ulcers treated in our hospital from March to February 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given Huanglian ointment on the affected area daily,and the moxibustion was carried out for 10-15 minutes daily.The pressure ulcer surface size,wound surface condition,24h oozing condition,peripheral skin improvement and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The pressure ulcer size,wound surface and peripheral skin improvement of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group before intervention was compared with the control group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The physiological function,psychological function,social function and health education score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of external application of Huanglian ointment combined with moxibustion on patients with pressure ulcers can effectively improve the size of the pressure sore,the wound condition and the surrounding skin.It can also improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of wide application.
