早期中医护理干预在老年功能性消化不良中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Early Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention in Senile Functional Dyspepsia

目的探究早期中医护理干预在老年功能性消化不良中的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月本院收治的老年功能性消化不良患者80例,随机分为常规组(常规护理)和干预组(常规护理基础上增加中医护理)。连续治疗2个疗程,比较2组患者的应用效果。结果治疗后干预组躯体、心理、社会及物质功能积分明显高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后干预组SAS、SDS、消化道症状评分及CCK、5-HT水平明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论早期中医护理可有效改善老年功能性消化不良的临床症状,改善CCK、5-HT水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of early TCM nursing intervention in elderly FD.Methods 80 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into routine group(routine nursing)and intervention group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing).After continuous treatment of two courses,the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of physical,psychological,social and material functions in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS,digestive tract symptoms,CCK and 5-HT in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early TCM nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia and improve the levels of CCK and 5-HT,which is worthy of promotion.
