摘要
目的了解人性化管理理念在临床护理管理中的应用价值。方法将我院2017年1月—2019年4月的90例住院治疗患者,随机分组,传统护理模式组给予传统护理,人性化管理理念组采取人性化管理理念。比较2组满意评分;环境管理质量、安全管理质量和人文关怀质量;护理前后SCL-90量表不同项目的评分值;住院治疗并发症出现率。结果人性化管理理念组满意评分、SCL-90量表不同项目的评分值、环境管理质量、安全管理质量和人文关怀质量、住院治疗并发症出现率对比传统护理模式组有优势,P<0.05。结论住院治疗患者实施人性化管理理念效果确切,可提高护理服务的质量,可改善患者的心理状态,并减少并发症的发生率。
Objective To understand the application value of humanistic management concept in clinical nursing management.Methods 90 hospitalized patients in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into groups.The traditional nursing model group was given traditional care,while the humanized management concept group was adopted.Satisfaction scores,quality of environmental management,safety management and humanistic care,scores of different items in the SCL-90 scale before and after nursing,complication rate of hospitalization of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction score of humanized management concept group,the score value of different items in the SCL-90 scale,the quality of environmental management,safety management and humanistic care,and the incidence rate of complications in hospital treatment had advantages over the traditional nursing model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic management is effective in inpatients,which can improve the quality of nursing services,improve the psychological state of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
