精准护理管控策略在肺功能检查质量控制中的应用

Application of accurate nursing control strategy in quality control of pulmonary function examination

目的探讨精准护理管控策略在肺功能检查质量控制中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月在我科接受肺功能检查的110例住院患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,各55例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组实施精准护理管控策略,比较2组肺功能检查配合程度和肺功能检查质量相关指标。结果观察组患者肺功能检查的总体熟练程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的呼吸时间达标率、FV曲线达标率、外推容积达标率以及重复性达标率等均显著较高(P<0.05)。结论在肺功能检查中实施精准护理管控策略,增加受检者对肺功能检查呼吸配合方法的全面、直观了解,采用口哨演示精准地对患者4种呼吸配合方法的掌握情况作出评估,能有效提高肺功能检查质量和检查效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore application effect of accurate nursing control strategy in quality control of pulmonary function examination.Methods A total of 110 inpatients who underwent pulmonary function examination in the department from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while observation group was given accurate nursing control strategy.The cooperation degree and quality related indexes of pulmonary function examination were compared between the two groups.Results The overall proficiency degree of pulmonary function examination in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,control rates of respiratory time,FVcurves,extrapolated volume and repeatability were were significantly higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of accurate nursing control strategy in pulmonary function examination can increase comprehensive and intuitive understanding of subjects to pulmonary function examination in breathing cooperation.The evaluation on mastery of patients to the four breathing cooperation methods by whistle method can effectively improving quality and efficiency of pulmonary function examination,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
