循证护理在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of evidence-based nursing in children with cerebral palsy

目的观察循证护理在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年6月—2019年6月52例确诊为小儿脑瘫的患者,随机分为试验组及对照组,每组26例。试验组实施循证护理模式,对照组实施常规护理,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为76.9%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后语言能力、智力情况及运动能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿脑瘫患者实施循证护理有较好的效果,可使临床症状得到明显改善。

Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,52 children with cerebral palsy were selected.According to different nursing methods,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The experimental group implemented evidence-based nursing mode,the control group implemented routine nursing,compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Effective rate of the experimental group was 76.9%higher than that of the control group(50.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The language ability,intelligence and sports ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of evidence-based nursing for children with cerebral palsy is better,and the clinical symptoms of children are improved obviously.
