人文关怀护理对重症监护室危重症患者的影响探讨

Influence of humane care on critically ill patients in intensive care unit

目的探讨人文关怀护理对重症监护室(ICU)危重症患者的影响。方法择取我院ICU一病区收治的84例危重症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组42例。对照组患者开展常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理,比较2组患者护理满意度、ICU住院时间,护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,SAS、SDS以及PSQI评分低于对照组,ICU住院时间少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU危重症患者的临床护理工作中开展人文关怀护理干预,能够有效改善患者不良心理状态,提升其睡眠质量以及护理满意度,可于临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of humane care on critically ill patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Eighty-four critically ill patients admitted to the ICU in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided according to the digital table method,including 42 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group underwent humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction,ICU hospitalization time,post-care anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI) scores were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24% higher than that of the control group(76.19%). The SAS,SDS and PSQI scores were lower than the control group. The ICU hospitalization time was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Human care nursing intervention in the clinical nursing work of ICU critically ill patients can effectively improve the patient’s bad mental state,improve their sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,which can be used for clinical promotion.
