思维导图在门诊OGTT患者健康教育中的应用

The application of mind map in the outpatient health education in OGTT patients

目的探讨思维导图在门诊口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法发放OGTT患者知晓率调查问卷,采用思维导图进行原因分析,并制定提高OGTT患者知晓率的措施,对实施前后的知晓率进行对比。结果患者对OGTT相关知识的知晓率得到提高,患者的配合度提高,减轻了门诊医生和护士工作量。结论思维导图在门诊OGTT患者健康教育中起到重要作用,并值得在其他患者的健康教育中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of mind map in health education of outpatient OGTT patients.Methods To issue questionnaires on the patient awareness rate of OGTT,analyze the reason by using mind map,and develop measures to improve the awareness rate of the patient in OGTT,and contrast the early and next awareness rates.Results The awareness rate of patients about OGTT knowledge was improved,the cooperation degree of patients was improved,and the workload of outpatient doctors and nurses was reduced.Conclusion The mind map plays an important role in health education in the outpatient service of OGTT patients,and is worthy of promotion in other health education.
