延续护理模式在角膜屈光术后护理中的应用效果评价

Application of continuous nursing model in nursing after corneal refraction operation

目的观察延续护理模式在角膜屈光术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年4月-8月住院的60例近视患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。所有患者均接受角膜屈光手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施延续护理,比较2组患者术后并发症发生率、满意度、用药依从性及治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),满意度、用药依从性及治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角膜屈光术后患者应用延续护理模式,能有效提高满意度、用药依从性及治疗效果,并减少术后并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode in the nursing of corneal refractive surgery. Methods 60 myopic patients hospitalized in our hospital from April 2019 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. All patients received corneal refractive surgery. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The two groups were compared. The incidence of post-complications,patient satisfaction,medication compliance and therapeutic effect were also discussed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The patients’ satisfaction,medication compliance and therapeutic effect in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of continuing nursing mode in patients with corneal refractive surgery can effectively improve patient satisfaction,medication compliance and therapeutic effect,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. It is a nursing mode worthy of promotion.
